Innovative Science and Engineering Research Institute (ISERI) is a non-profit organization which based in Hong Kong, China. ISERI is acting as an independent, scientific research and development organization. The mission of ISERI is to foster and conduct collaboration of interdisciplinary research in state-of-the-art methodologies and technologies within its areas of expertise.

ISERI plays an influential role and promotes developments in science and engineering research in a wide range of ways. ISERI organizes professional conferences, workshops, and provides sponsor or technical support to conferences and workshops. ISERI also administers and brings to fruition the organization of a congress, meeting, event or convention in a professional manner; it will include timeliness, efficiency, financial responsibility and good management.
